Our tour includes:
- Lunch at a local restaurant

Is this tour accessible for those with mobility or health concerns?
Our tour involves moderate walking and stairs. It is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for persons with limited mobility, back problems, or difficulty walking or standing for extended periods.
Is this a private or shared tour?
We offer both shared and private tour experiences. You may book a shared tour with up to 12 guests in your group. Private tours may be purchased for groups of 13 people or less. You can select which option you prefer when making a reservation through our booking system.
Are there any age restrictions?
Our tours are suitable for ages 5 and up.
What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend bringing the following items:
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Slippers for beach visits
- Rain jacket or sweater
- Towel and change of clothes if swimming
- Sunscreen and sunglasses
Weather conditions can change quickly on the Big Island, so it’s best to come prepared.
Where is the pick-up location?
We offer pick-up within a 3-mile radius of downtown Hilo. This includes:
- Hotels
- AirBnBs
- Hilo bus terminal
- Port of Hilo

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 24 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Is alcohol allowed?
We allow alcohol and beer on our tours if you wish to bring your own. If you choose to, please be respectful of the group and drink responsibly.
